PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray detector capable of improving serviceability concerning replacement of an X-ray detector module, an X-ray detector module, a holding member and an X-ray CT apparatus.SOLUTION: The X-ray detector has a plurality of X-ray detector modules and a frame. Each of the plurality of X-ray detector modules has a detection surface on which a plurality of detection elements for detecting X-rays are aligned and a holding member to hold the plurality of detection elements. The frame fixes a position of each X-ray detector module so that the detection surface of each of the plurality of X-ray detector modules is aligned in a first direction.
