Active orthosis for the neurological rehabilitation of the movement of the lower limbs, a system comprising said orthosis and a process to put said system into operation
Orthosis (1) active for neurological rehabilitation of the movement of lower limbs, the orthosis (1) which is equipped with at least four, preferably six, degrees of freedom for movement respectively of the two hips, the two knees, and optionally both ankle of a patient (1 ') without having to use support and handling treadmills, the orthosis (1) comprising: - an elongated support structure (92)； - a first support structure (201, 160) in the sagittal plane of the patient's femur (1 ')； - a second support structure (228, 242, 261) in the sagittal plane of at least one tibia, with respect to the femur, of the patient (1 ')； and - a third structure (265, 275) of support and management in the sagittal plane of at least one foot, with respect to the tibia, of the patient (1 '), the third structure (265, 275) of support and of operation that is adapted to be operatively connected and disconnected from the orthosis (1)； characterized in that: - the elongated support structure (92) is so rigid to allow the first, second and third structures (201, 160； 228, 242, 261； 265, 275) to support and drive to perform mutually related movements, the elongated support structure (92) which is also adjustable to adapt to the dimensions of the patient (1 ') when the patient (1') wears and uses the orthosis (1), the elongated support structure (92) comprising: * a central block, within which an electric motor (94), a reducer (95), and an endless screw (96) are placed, a rotational movement of the electric motor (94) that is transmitted to the screw (96, 113 ) endless； * two guides (112, 114) containing two small nut screw blocks (111), each in turn connected to a tubular segment (123) operatively connected and supporting the first structure (201, 160) of support and handling, depending on the direction of rotation of the motor (94), and therefore the screw (96, 113) auger, a translation that is generated by the two small nut screw blocks (111), when they approach and move away from each ot
