The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a refinement including a tablet of basil seed powder and, specifically, to a method for manufacturing a refinement including a tablet of basil seed powder by solving a shortcoming of the basil seed powder expanding and hardened when coming into contact with moisture, by using hypoglycosylated honey and starch syrup. So, there has been an attempt to use basil as a diet supplement. Therefore, there have been efforts to manufacture basil into a tablet or another form which is easily portable and consumed. However, the basil is immediately hardened in a mass due to the expansibility of the basil and cannot be formed as a refinement.
