Method of preparing a biomass enriched in zinc, characterized in that said biomass is obtained by i) growing microorganisms selected from the group consisting of Streptococcus thermophilus ST 16 BM, deposited according to the Budapest Treaty in the DSMZ, Braunschweig, Germany, with the number of DSM registration 19526 on July 13, 2007, and Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis BB 1 BM, deposited according to the Budapest Treaty in the DSMZ, Braunschweig, Germany, with the registration number DSM 17850 on December 23, 2005, and combinations thereof, in a nutrient culture medium comprising a salt of zinc, so that these microorganisms accumulate zinc； and ii) separating the zinc-enriched microorganisms from the culture medium.Método de preparación de una biomasa enriquecida en cinc, caracterizado porque dicha biomasa se obtiene i) cultivando microorganismos seleccionados del grupo que consiste en Streptococcus thermophilus ST 16 BM, depositado según el Tratado de Budapest en la DSMZ, Braunschweig, Alemania, con el número de registro DSM 19526 el 13 de julio de 2007, y Bifidobacterium animalis subsp. lactis BB 1 BM, depositado según el Tratado de Budapest en la DSMZ, Braunschweig, Alemania, con el número de registro DSM 17850 el 23 de diciembre de 2005, y combinaciones de los mismos, en un medio de cultivo nutriente que comprende una sal de cinc, de modo que dichos microorganismos acumulan cinc； y ii) separando los microorganismos enriquecidos en cinc del medio de cultivo.
