The present invention relates to a patch for alleviating melasma, which is to smoothly deliver the functional hydro gel to the skin by converting the gel state into the sol state, i.e., the liquid state by responding to the skin temperature, and to obtain the effects of prevention and alleviation of melasma by continuously eluting functional substances having the effect of prevention and alleviation of melasma even for long time attachment and use. The present invention provides a patch for alleviating melasma consisting of a urethane film, a nonwoven fabric, a functional hydro gel, and a release film, wherein the hydro gel is composed by polyacrylic acid, glycerin, water, sodium hydroxide, agar and polysorbate60, and the functional substance is a mixture, in which a functional mixture of 30-70 weight% of albutin and 30-70 weight% of niacinamide is mixed with at least one herbal extract among a rice bran extract, a grape seed extract, a mulberry root extract and a green tea extract, wherein the mixing ratio of the hydro gel and the functional substance is 0.1-13 parts by weight of the functional substance to 100 parts by weight of the hydro gel.본 발명은 피부 온도에 감응하여 겔 상태의 기능성 하이드로 겔을 졸 상태 즉, 액체 상태로 변환시켜 피부에 원활히 전달시키도록 하고, 특히 장시간 부착하여 사용하더라도 기미예방 및 개선 효과를 갖는 기능성 물질의 계속적인 용출로 기미예방 및 개선 효과를 얻을 수 있도록 한 것으로,그 구성은, 우레탄필름, 부직포, 기능성 하이드로 겔, 이형필름으로 구성되는 기미개선 패치를 제조하되, Polyacrylic acid, Glycerin, 물, Sodium hydroxide, Agar, Polysorbate60 으로 하이드로 겔이 조성되고, 상기 기능성 물질은, 알부틴 30 - 70중량%, 나이아신아마이드 30 - 70중량%의 비율로 혼합된 기능성 혼합물에 쌀눈추출물, 포도씨추출물, 뽕나무뿌리추출물, 녹차추출물 중 어느 하나 이상의 한방식물추출물이 혼합된 것이며, 상기 하이드로 겔과 상기 기능성 물질의 혼합비는, 하이드로 겔 100중량부에 기능성 물질 0.1 ~ 13중량부로 이루어져 기능성 하이드로 겔을 형성하는 것이다.
