Device for making a temporary mark (M) on the surface of the skin, comprises a marking organ that is pressed against the skin and is designed to come into contact with the skin over a non-punctual surface. The device also has means enabling skin marking with a predetermined pressure. Independent claims are also made for further devices and methods for making a temporary mark or depression on the skin in order to access its properties.
