PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide shorts which allows a wearer to surely feel comfortable when wearing the shorts, and which can properly press the affected area of hernia etc.SOLUTION: Shorts 10, which include an elastic front body 11 and an elastic back body 12, are provided with an affected area pressing member 20 which is attachably/detachably formed in an arbitrary position on inner surfaces of the front body 11 and the back body 12, and which protrudes toward an affected area in the state of being attached to a position corresponding to the affected area of a wearer on the inner surfaces of the front body 11 and the back body 12. The shorts are also provided with tensile force applying members 30 which maintain the state of being positioned in positions where the affected area pressing member 20 protrudes toward the affected area.
