PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic image display which can optimize both image quality and reproduction rate.SOLUTION: The ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus 1 includes a moving picture record processing part 6, a moving picture reproduction processing part 8, a display 5, and a memory 7. The moving picture record processing part 6 records an ultrasonic image as moving picture record information 21 constituted of a plurality of frames in time series into the memory 7.
