The present invention is a composition in form of an emulsion, comprising at least one fatty phase, and at least one aqueous phase, and: a) at least one first surfactant chosen from C8-C22 alkyl dimethicone copolyols b) at least one second surfactant chosen from dimethicone copolyols, which is different from the first surfactant a) c) at least one third surfactant which is different from the first or the second surfactant a) or b), having a HLB value of greater than or equal to 8 and d) at least one hydrophilic pigment.
