The present invention relates to a method for preparing a pill of fresh shoots of Kalopanax pictus and a pill of fresh shoots of Kalopanax pictus prepared thereby, wherein the method comprises the steps of: washing fresh shoots of Kalopanax pictus, and then heat-treating the fresh shoots of Kalopanax pictus with high-temperature water； cooling the heat-treated Kalopanax pictus, followed by drying and then pulverizing, thereby obtaining a powder of fresh shoots of Kalopanax pictus； adding 3-10 parts by weight of garlic juice and 3-10 parts by weight of at least one sweetener selected from the group consisting of honey, oligosaccharide, starch syrup, and dextrin, to 100 parts by weight of the obtained powder of fresh shoots of Kalopanax pictus, mixing them, and preparing a pill； and coating a powder of Dioscorea opposita on a surface of the pill. According to the present invention, the pungent taste and flavor can be removed to improve palatability； the shape of the pill can be easily formed and maintained； and the preservability can be improved.
