PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical blood flow measurement apparatus with simple configuration and processing.SOLUTION: A signal processing apparatus comprises: a light emitting section which outputs an optical signal including light of a plurality of different wavelengths a light receiving section which receives either transmitted light or reflected light of the optical signal of the light emitting section via a human body, and selectively receives light of a plurality of different wavelengths and a signal processing section which executes a signal processing on an electric signal corresponding to a received light signal of the light receiving section. The light emitting section comprises a white LED as a light emitting element. The light receiving section comprises a blue photo diode and a red photo diode.
