The present invention relates to a novel medical implant for the fixation of at least two adjacent bone elements in a manner that is quick, reliable and not very invasive. This implant consists of a curved hollow rod comprising at least one deployable anchoring means allowing said implant to be immobilised. The present invention also describes a method for the fixation of at least two adjacent bone elements implementing this novel implant. This method is particularly suitable for solidly connecting at least two vertebrae in order to perform an arthrodesis, said implant then being curved, making it particularly suitable for spinal surgery.La présente invention a pour objet un nouvel implant à usage médical permettant la fixation dau moins deux éléments osseux adjacents de manière rapide, fiable et peu invasive. Cet implant est constitué dune tige courbe et creuse comprenant au moins un moyen dancrage déployable permettant dimmobiliser ledit implant. La présente invention décrit également une méthode de fixation dau moins deux éléments osseux adjacents mettant en œuvre ce nouvel implant. Cette méthode est particulièrement adaptée pour la solidarisation dau moins deux vertèbres en vue de la réalisation dune arthrodèse ledit implant est alors de forme courbe ce qui le rend particulièrement bien adapté à la chirurgie du rachis.
