A combined MRI and radiation therapy system includes an MRI image device and a radiation therapy device. The MRI image device includes a shielded solenoid magnet (10) including a plurality of main magnetic coils (104) which are coaxially arranged along an axial line, and a magnetism shielding device which is arranged on the same axis with the axial line in a radius larger than main magnet coils. The radiation therapy device includes a linear electron accelerator (9) which is arranged on an electron beam path which is parallel with the axial line, a beam deflecting device (17), and a LINAC assembly which includes a target (9) for generating radiation beams. The linear electron accelerator is located in a radial direction between the main magnet coils (104) and the magnetism shielding device.MRI와 방사선 병용 치료 시스템은 MRI 이미지 장비 및 방사선 치료 장비를 포함한다.
