The present invention relates to a synergistic insecticidal composition comprising three components, a (A) spinosad, (B) abamectin or bifenthrin and (C) at least one selected from a group consisting of abamectin, acetamiprid, thiodicarb and triflumuron and to a process for preparing the insecticidal composition.
