The insertion module, the sterilization module, and the discharge module are communicated with each other. The cart is moved inside the insertion module, the sterilization module, and the discharge module by the gravity. The insertion module, the sterilization module, and the discharge module are sequentially positioned from the upper side on an inclination unit inclined at a fixed angle.
