PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method of a used plant culture solution, capable of performing, in purification of the used plant culture solution from a plant factory unit or the like by the effect of algal generation, separation and recovery of the generated algae from the used plant culture solution with reduced labor hours and at low cost.SOLUTION: Algae 11 are generated using used plant culture solution 5 stored in a container 6 with the part of a lengthy strip capture membrane 9 extending between a feeding roll 7 and a winding roll 8 being immersed in the used plant culture solution 5 within the container 6. Thereafter, the rolls 7, 8 are rotated to locate the lengthy strip capture membrane 9 above the liquid level of the culture solution 5, the algae 11 are separated from the culture solution 5 and captured by the capture membrane 9, and the algae captured portion of the capture membrane 9 is wound on the winding roll 8. Such operations are repeated to perform the capturing of the generated algae 11 by the capture membrane 9 twice or more.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】藻類生成作用によって植物工場ユニットなどからの使用済み植物培養液を清浄化するに際して、使用済み植物培養液からの生成藻類の分離回収を、手間少なく低コストにて遂行することができる、使用済み植物培養液の処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】送出し用ロール7と巻取り用ロール8との間を延びる長尺帯状捕獲膜9の部分を、容器6内に収容した使用済み植物培養液5中に沈めた状態にし、該容器6内の使用済み植物培養液5を増殖液として藻類11を生成した後、ロール7,8を回転させて長尺帯状捕獲膜9を増殖液5の液面よりも上方に位置させ生成藻類11を増殖液5から分離させて長尺帯状捕獲膜9に捕獲し、しかる後、長尺帯状捕獲膜9の藻類捕獲部分を巻取り用ロール8に巻き取っていくことを繰り返して、長尺帯状捕獲膜9で生成藻類11の捕獲を複数回行う。【選択図】 図1
