The present invention relates to Bacillus amyloliquefaciens EML-CAP3, and an insect controlling composition comprising a culture fluid or a culture fluid extract of the same as an effective component. According to the present invention, EML-CAP which is a novel bacterial species of Bacillus amoyloliquefaciens has an excellent efficiency of controlling harmful insects, and thus, enables the improvement of marketability and productivity when being used for crops. Moreover, the composition of the present invention is a biological insecticidal agent using a strain of a microorganism to be safe to animals and plants and be capable of an environmentally friendly control of insects.본 발명은 바실러스 아밀로리쿼페이션스(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens) EML-CAP3, 이의 배양액 또는 배양액 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 곤충 방제용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 바실러스 아밀로리쿼페이션스의 신규 균종인 EML-CAP3은 해로운 곤충 방제에 매우 탁월한 효능을 갖고 있어, 작물에 이용할 경우 상품성 및 생산성을 크게 증대시킬 수 있다. 또한, 본 발명의 조성물은 미생물 균주를 이용한 생물학적 방제제로서, 동물 및 식물에 매우 안전하여 해충의 친환경적 제어가 가능하다.
