The present invention relates to a surgical tool for elongating a bone which can elongate a bone by placing one portion (B1) of a bone, separated from a boundary of a bone separation portion (f), apart from the other portion (B2) of the bone to have a certain distance and can fixate the bone separation portion. The surgical tool for elongating a bone includes a metal plate. The metal plate includes: an oblong hole which is formed as a plate extended in a lengthwise direction and is formed in a lengthwise direction where movement of an elongation fixation screw, which penetrates to be joined to one portion of the bone, in a lengthwise direction is guided； a support hole (14) which is formed on one side of the oblong hole to allow a pressing screw for fixating the other portion of the metal plate to the other portion (B2) of the bone； and a second fixation hole which is formed on the other side of the support hole to allow a pressing screw for fixating one portion (10a) of the metal plate to one portion (B1) of the bone after elongation of the bone.본 발명은, 뼈 분리 부위(f)를 경계로 분리된 뼈의 일측 부위(B1)와 뼈의 타측 부위(B2)의 거리를 이격시켜 골 신연을 행하면서 뼈 분리 부위를 고정할 수 있는 골 신연을 위한 수술 용구로서, 상기 골 신연을 위한 수술 용구는 금속판을 포함하고, 상기 금속판은, 길이 방향으로 연장된 판으로 형성되고, 관통하여 뼈의 일측 부위(B1)에 체결되는 신장용 고정나사의 길이 방향 이동을 안내하는 길이 방향으로 연장된 장방형 홀과, 상기 장방형 홀의 일측으로 형성되고 상부로 연장된 지지체의 끝단이 삽입되어 고정되는 것이 가능한 지지홀(14)과, 상기 장방형 홀의 타측으로 형성되고 금속판의 타측 부분을 뼈의 타측 부위(B2)에 고정하는 압박 나사가 체결 가능하게 하는 제1 고정홀과, 상기 지지홀의 타측으로 형성되고 골 신연 후 뼈의 일측 부위(B1)에 금속판의 일측 부분(10a)을 고정하는 압박 나사가 체결 가능하게 하는 제2 고정홀이 형성된 골 신연을 위한 수술 용구를 제공한다.
