PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser scanning device that captures an image without increasing burdens of a subject and the like even when irregularity occurs.SOLUTION: A laser scanning device has: laser light source that irradiates laser light main scanning direction scan means that deflects the laser light in the main scanning direction a sub-scanning direction scan means that deflects the laser light in a vertical direction with respect to the main scanning direction image acquisition means that constitutes an image by acquiring image data from reflection light from an object, which is obtained by causing the scan means to two-dimensionally scan the laser light over the object and control means that controls the two-dimensional scanning of the laser light and a configuration of the image constituted by the image acquisition means.
