PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control reduction of the amount of generation of discharge products by a discharge product device.SOLUTION: The discharge product generating device includes: a body case 1 with an air inlet 6 and an air outlet 5 a blowing means 7 provided in an air passage communicating from the air inlet 6 to the air outlet 5 within the body case 1 and a discharge product generating means 9 provided in the air passage. The outer peripheral side surface of an upper part of the body case 1 is located in the outside of the outer peripheral side surface of a lower part of the body case 1.
