A medical device includes a distal portion sized and shaped for insertion into a body lumen and including a capsule (108) having a lumen extending therethrough and a plurality of windows (124) in a proximal end thereof a bushing (102) including a channel (122) extending therethrough, a distal end thereof including a plurality of arms (104) extending distally therefrom such that a corresponding one of the arms is releasably engagable with a corresponding one of the windows of the capsule, the arms being biased toward a centerline of the bushing in a release configuration and a bushing support (128) receivable within the channel of the bushing to apply a radially outward pressure to the arms such that the arms lockingly engage the windows of the capsule, the arms formed of a material selected such that movement of the bushing support out of the channel reverts the arms to the release configuration.Linvention concerne un dispositif médical qui inclut une partie distale de taille et de forme adaptées pour linsertion dans une lumière corporelle et incluant une capsule (108) ayant une lumière sétendant à travers elle et une pluralité de fenêtres (124) dans une extrémité proximale de celle-ci une douille (102) incluant un canal (122) sétendant à travers elle, une extrémité distale de celle-ci incluant une pluralité de bras (104) sétendant de manière distale à partir de là de sorte quun des bras correspondants peut être engagé de manière libre avec une des fenêtres correspondantes de la capsule, les bras étant de biais vers une ligne centrale de la douille dans une configuration de libération et un support de douille (128) recevable dans le canal de la douille pour appliquer une pression radiale vers lextérieur aux bras de sorte que les bras sengagent de manière verrouillable avec les fenêtres de la capsule, les bras étant formés dun matériau sélectionné de sorte que le mouvement du support de la douille hors du canal ramène les bras vers la configuration de libération.
