A biopsy device according to the present invention comprises: a case which forms a bar-shaped body having a length in the front and back directions； a first holder which includes an internal needle having a receiving space for receiving a biopsy sample in the front end thereof, and is elastically biased on a first coil spring in an internal space of the case； a second holder which includes an external needle that moves along with the internal needle while containing the internal needle, to cut the biopsy sample disposed in the receiving space by using a cutting unit and close the receiving space, is elastically biased on a second coil spring in the internal space of the case, and is disposed in front of the first holder； a loading block which is connected by multiple connection shafts in the internal space of the case to pull the first holder and the second holder； a loading lever which is joined to a hinge shaft formed in the back side of the case, and is connected to a loading block moving along the internal space of the case to rotate about the hinge shaft as an axis and withdraw the loading block along the internal space； and an opening lever which withdraws the second holder by sliding from the front of the case to the back of the case, to open the receiving space of a first needle.본 발명에 따른 생체조직 검체 장치는 전,후 방향으로 길이를 갖는 바 형태의 몸체를 이루는 케이스와, 전단에는 생검을 수용하는 수용공간을 형성한 내측바늘을 구비하고, 상기 케이스의 내부 공간에서 제1코일스프링에 탄지되는 제1홀더와, 상기 내측바늘을 수용한 상태로 내측바늘을 따라 이동하여 수용공간에 위치하는 생검을 전단부로 절단하면서 수용공간을 폐쇄하는 외측바늘을 구비하고, 상기 케이스의 내부 공간에서 제2코일스프링에 탄지되어 제1홀더의 전방에 배치되는 제2홀더와, 상기 케이스의 내부 공간에서 복수 개의 연결샤프트로 연결되어, 상기 제1홀더 및 제2홀더를 견인하는 로딩블럭과, 상기 케이스의 후방측에 형성된 힌지축에 결합되고, 상기 케이스의 내부 공간을 따라 이동하는 로딩블럭과 연결되어, 상기 힌지축을 축으로 회전하여 로딩블럭을 공간을 따라 후퇴시키는 로딩레버, 및 상기 케이스의 전방에서 후방으로 슬라이딩 이동하면서 상기 제2홀더를 후퇴시켜, 상기 제1바늘의 수용공간을 개방시키는 개방레버를 포함하는 생체조직 검체 장치를 제공한다.
