The technology described herein relates to double-stranded ribonucleic acid (dsRNA) compositions targeting the genes encoding negative regulators of MHC expansion (e.g. AhR, Itch, Prox1 and/or SH2B3), and methods of using such dsRNA compositions to inhibit expression of negative regulators of MHC expansion.
