obtaining mucoadhesive gelatinous membranes with bupivacaine for local release. the present invention relates to obtaining mucoadhesive membranes of gelatin (protein obtained from collagen) with bupivacaine (anesthetic) for local controlled release applied in routine and surgical procedures. allowing a more precise effect for superficial procedures, and for non-invasive application, a deeper anesthetic effect that would bring significant gains for dentistry. since the use of injectable anesthetic is very common in the health area and represents one of the main sources of fear and even phobia by a significant part of patients, making the visit to the office often postponed and even avoided. in addition to the release of the drug via mouth patches, it prevents its destruction by gastrointestinal content or inactivation by first-pass metabolism and ensures direct contact of the drug with the biological system for better absorption.obtenção de membranas gelatinosas mucoadesivas para com bupivacaína para liberação local. a presente invenção refere-se à obtenção membranas mucoadesivas de gelatina(proteína obtida do colágeno) com bupivacaína (anestésico) para liberação controlada local aplicado em procedimento rotineiro e cirúrgico. possibilitando um efeito mais preciso para procedimentos superficiais, e para aplicação não invasiva um efeito anestésico mais profundo que trariam ganhos significativos para a odontologia. visto que o uso do anestésico injetável é muito comum na área da saúde e representa uma das principais fontes de temor e até de fobia por parte significativa de pacientes, fazendo com que a visita ao consultório seja muitas vezes postergada e até evitada. além de a liberação da droga via adesivos bucais evita a sua destruição pelo conteúdo gastrointestinal ou inativação pelo metabolismo de primeira passagem e assegura o contato direto da droga com o sistema biológico para uma melhor absorção.
