Systems and method comprise forming a cavity adjacent a wound. Formation of the cavity comprises applying a bandage to an area adjacent the wound. A topical hyperbaric oxygen emulsion (THOE) is applied to the wound, and the THOE comprises a perfluorocarbon (PFC).
