The present invention relates to a winding machine using an electric motor reel member: which is installed on one side of a ship for capturing fishes including squid and hairtail； enables users to automatically and conveniently operate a winding work by using the electric motor reel member unlike an existing fishing gear； enables the users to easily install and disassemble the machine； has a simple structure for regular fishermen to easily use； and has a relatively cheap installation cost. The winding machine using the electric motor reel member by a preferable embodiment of the present invention comprises the following: a base member which is fixed and installed on one side of the ship, and includes fixing pieces protruding from left and right upper sides and multiple coupling holes formed on the fixing pieces； a rod member which is located inside the left and right fixing pieces, is selectively coupled to the coupling holes by fixtures, and includes a guiding unit on the front end； and the electric motor reel member which is mounted on the rod member to be exchanged, is winded with lines for fishing and lassoing, and includes an outfitting for fishing at the end of the line passing through the inside of a guide roller.본 발명은 선박의 일측에 설치되어 오징어나 갈치와 같은 어류를 포획하되 기존의 양승기와 달리 전동릴부재을 사용함에 따라 채낚기 작업을 자동으로 간편하게 진행할 수 있으며, 설치 및 해체가 용이함은 물론 장비가 간단해서 일반 낚시꾼들도 쉽게 이용할 수 있으며 설치비용이 비교적 저렴해 경제적인 전동릴부재를 이용한 채낚기장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예에 따른 전동릴부재를 이용한 채낚기장치는 선박의 일측에 고정 설치되고 상부 양측으로 고정편이 돌출 형성되며 상기 고정편 상에 다수의 체결공이 관통 형성되는 베이스부재와, 상기 양측 고정편 내에 위치되고 고정수단에 의해 상기 체결공 측에 선택적으로 체결되며 선단부에 가이드수단 구비되는 로드부재와, 상기 로드부재 상에 교체 가능하게 장착되고 양승 및 투승 가능한 라인이 권취되며 상기 가이드롤러 내부를 통과된 상기 라인의 단부에는 낚시용 채비가 마련되는 전동릴부재를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
