The present invention relates to a dental implant structure comprising: a fixture having an inlet and a groove having an internal surface of which a part consists of a screw part； an abutment of which a part adheres to the internal surface of the fixture and which has a first contact surface of which a part is located on the outside of the groove； and a separation unit formed along the inlet of the fixture and formed so that a dot where the internal surface meets the upper surface of an outer surface does not come in contact with the abutment in the masticatory movement. According to the present invention, the structure does not scratch the abutment by the fixture.본 개시는 치과용 인공치아 구조물에 있어서, 입구 및 내면을 구비하는 홈을 가지는 픽스쳐；로서, 내면의 일부는 나사부로 이루어진 픽스쳐； 픽스쳐의 내면과 일부가 밀착되며 홈 외부에 일부가 위치되는 제1 접촉면을 가지는 어버트먼트； 그리고, 픽스쳐의 입구를 따라서 형성되며, 내면과 외면의 상면이 만나는 점이 어버트먼트와 저작시 접촉하지 않도록 형성된 이격부；를 포함하는 치과용 인공치아 구조물에 관한 것이다.
