PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a riding-type rice transplanter with land grading rotors, which is capable of appropriately performing land grading in a butt or the vicinity thereof where a field easily becomes rough, and to provide the riding-type rice transplanter with the land-grading rotors capable of performing vertical adjustment and housing of the land-grading rotors with the same motor for lifting and lowering the rotors, and preventing the trouble where the land-grading rotors, while being kept in housed positions that cannot be used during seedling planting operation.SOLUTION: The riding-type rice transplanter is freely liftably and lowerably equipped with a seedling planting part 4, at the rear of a traveling car body 2, and is freely liftably and lowerably provided, with the rotors 27a and 27b arranged toward the transverse width direction of the traveling car body 2 for grading the land surface relative to the seedling planting part 4.
