The medical cooling device (10) comprises one cooling fluid supply source (11), at least two inlet/outlet pairs, each inlet/outlet pair comprising an outlet (12, 22, 32) being connected to the cooling fluid supply source (11) and arranged for connection to one individual supply line (121, 221, 321) for supplying a flow of cooling fluid from the cooling fluid supply source (11) to a patient, and an inlet (14, 24, 34) for connection to an individual return line (141, 241, 341) being operatively coupled with the individual supply line (121, 221, 321) and to the cooling fluid supply source (11), a flow pump connected to each inlet/outlet pair, and means (15) for distributing different cooling power to each cooling circuit.
