According to an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention relates to an assessment apparatus of a tinnitus treatment result using a brain response capable of selecting a tinnitus treatment method suitable for user characteristics through an assessment result. The assessment apparatus of a tinnitus treatment result using a brain response comprises: a brainwave measurement unit measuring a brainwave generated from a user who responses a bi-stimulus sound including a first stimulus sound and a second stimulus sound； a response ratio calculation unit receiving a first amplitude value of the brainwave in accordance with the first stimulus sound and a second amplitude value of the brainwave in accordance with the second stimulus sound, and calculating a response ratio showing the ratio the second amplitude value to the first amplitude value； and an assessment unit comparing the response ratio and a standard response ratio provided through the user before tinnitus treatment and quantifying a tinnitus treatment result of the user by using a comparison result.본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 뇌반응을 이용한 이명치료 결과 평가 장치는 제1자극음과 제2자극음을 포함하는 쌍자극음에 반응한 사용자로부터 발생된 뇌파를 측정하는 뇌파측정부, 상기 제1자극음에 따른 뇌파의 제1진폭값과, 상기 제2자극음에 따른 뇌파의 제2진폭값을 전달받고, 상기 제1진폭값에 대한 상기 제2진폭값의 비율을 나타내는 반응비율을 산출하는 반응비율 산출부, 및 상기 반응비율과 이명치료전 상기 사용자를 통해 마련된 기준반응비율을 비교하고, 그 비교결과를 이용하여 상기 사용자의 이명치료 결과를 정량화하는 평가부를 포함할 수 있다.
