Provided are method for inducing immune tolerance to antigens including therapeutic antigens. The method comprises administering to an individual OPLS or other lipidic compositions and the antigen, either in a single formulation or as separate formulations where the separate formulations are administered concomitantly or sequentially.La présente invention concerne une méthode pour induire une tolérance immunitaire à des antigènes, y compris à des antigènes thérapeutiques.
