PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to easily execute the operation that introduces a wire into a wire lumen in a catheter in which a wire lumen is formed to the middle position of a catheter shaft that has a main lumen that penetrates in the longitudinal direction.SOLUTION: A catheter 1 includes a catheter shaft 3 and a connector 5. A main lumen 11 that penetrates the catheter shaft 3 in the longitudinal direction and a wire lumen 13 that penetrates the catheter 3 from an inner peripheral side that is a main lumen 11 side to an outer peripheral side are formed in the catheter shaft 3. A wire 15 is inserted in the wire lumen 13. A wire which a wire device has is connected with one end of the wire material 15, and the wire material 15 is pulled out from the wire lumen 13 to the outer peripheral side of the catheter shaft 3.
