Vorrichtung zur Immobilisation von Extremitäten, die aus a) einer 2 mm bis 3 mm dicken Schicht Schaumstoff, b) einer darauf geklebten Weichaluminium-Platte, c) je nach Ausführung (Länge der Vorrichtung bis zu 200 cm bei bis zu 20 cm Breite) bis zu 16 Plastikbeutel, d) welche mit einer Kältemischung, e) bestehend aus zwei Salzen gefüllt sind, f) einem zweiten Beutel der die besagten bis acht Beutel umschließt und g) einer darauf angebrachten 1 mm dicken Schaumstoffschicht, durch welche die Kälte des Kühlmittels an den Patienten gelangt.
