The head has opposite or transverse surfaces facing in substantially opposite or transverse directions, including a substantially flat surface and a concave surface. Each of the flat and concave surfaces has a matrix of flexible and resilient fingers extending from the surface. The fingers have a height taller than a diameter, and a spacing on the same order of the diameter.
