PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence for blocking an irrigation weir capable of improving irrigation workability. SOLUTION: The irrigation dam fence 1 functions so as to dam the water 120 poured on the plant 110 planted in the soil on the soil surface around the root 111 of the plant. The fence 1 includes a fence main body 2 made of a long plate that can be deformed into a ring shape so as to surround the root of a plant, and a fastener 3 for keeping the fence main body 2 in a ring shape. The fence main body 2 has a wavy form that is continuously wavy in the longitudinal direction, and is deformed so that both ends in the longitudinal direction are overlapped with each other to realize a ring-shaped form. The tool 3 sandwiches the overlapping portions 20 at both ends of the fence body 2 in the longitudinal direction.
