The present invention relates to a raspatory for zygomatic bone reduction surgery, which is not hung on a projection part of zygomatic bone and enters the periosteum at the top of zygomatic bone in the point which the raspatory and the zygomatic bone meet when moving toward zygomatic bone along a lower layer of temporal fascia of a deep part. According to the present invention, the raspatory comprises: a handle unit in a bar shape which an operator can hold with one hand； a support unit enlarged from the handle unit to the longitudinal direction of the handle unit； a connection unit enlarged from the support unit； and a delamination unit made of a plate shape in which the surface area is gradually extended from the connection unit, and delaminating the surface of the periosteum at the top of zygomatic bone. The connection unit is connected to the support unit as bent from the support unit toward the outside so that the delamination unit is not hung on the projection part of zygomatic bone and enters the periosteum at the top of zygomatic bone in the position meeting with zygomatic bone when inserted into an incision part of the scalp of a patient and moving along the lower layer of temporal fascia of the deep part. Accordingly, zygomatic bone reduction surgery can be safely performed.
