The present invention relates to a device for clipping and dividing blood vessels, including: a handle a fiirst jaw utnit an identical second jaw unit that is parallel to and separated from the first jaw unit by interval X and a cutting unit that is recessed from, parallel to, and between the first and second jaw units.
