PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IN SITU fitting system having at least one server configured to easily determine the hearing capability of the user of a hearing aid system for enabling the user to obtain improved hearing capability, and to adjust a signal processing parameter of a hearing aid of the hearing aid system for improving the hearing capability of the user.SOLUTION: An IN SITU fitting system 100 is a hearing aid system for both ears including a plurality of hearing aid systems 10, therein. The hearing aid systems are respectively mounted on a user A, a user B through a user N, and the plurality of hearing aid systems 10 respectively include: a first hearing aid 12A for performing the hearing ability loss compensation of one ear of the user and a second hearing aid 12B for performing the hearing ability loss compensation of the other ear of the user.
