The method for producing an implant placement guide of the present invention includes: a step of acquiring a three-dimensional image in the oral cavity of a patient through a CT scan while a guide tray filled with an impression material is inserted into the oral cavity of the patient； a step of receiving an input of implant design information on the three-dimensional image； a step of matching the image of the guide tray with the three-dimensional image by using marker information of the guide tray included in the three-dimensional image； a step of displaying the position of a guide hole on the image of the guide tray according to the implant design information； and a step of generating a file for processing an implant placement guide by using the image of the guide tray on which the position of the guide hole is displayed.
