A DNA vaccine for waterfowl parvovirus is disclosed, which comprises a unpackaged recombinant plasmid having a first polynucleotides listed as SEQ ID No. 1, thereby promoting at least one immunized animal against at least one waterfowl parvovirus. Moreover, a DNA vaccine for waterfowl parvovirus is further disclosed, which comprisesthe aforementioned recombinant plasmid and a unpackaged DNA adjuvant having a second polynucleotides listed as SEQ ID No. 2, thereby promoting at least one immunized animal against several waterfowl parvovirus.本發明揭露一種水禽小病毒之DNA疫苗,包含具有如序列辨識編號1所示序列之第一聚核苷酸的重組質體,且此重組質體係未經包覆,以促進至少一受免疫動物同時對抗至少一水禽小病毒。其次,本發明更揭露一種水禽小病毒之DNA疫苗,其係由上述重組質體以及如序列辨識編號2所示序列之DNA佐劑所組成,且此重組質體以及DNA佐劑係未經包覆,以促進至少一受免疫動物同時對抗多種水禽小病毒。
