Disclosed is the use of neratinib and capecitabine in the manufacture of a medicament for treating a neoplasm and particularly for the treatment of breast cancer wherein the medicament is formulated for administration of capecitabine in an amount of about 1250mg to about 3000mg daily or wherein the medicament is formulated for administration of neratinib in an amount of at least about 40 mg.
