FIELD: agriculture; machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building, in particular, to coil sowing units. Coil seeder comprises housing, coil on drive shaft, socket, coupling, valve installed under coil. Valve working surface is smooth, wherein valve working surface has front and rear parts. On the valve rear part the continuous rubber coating with studs is applied by the gumming method. Studs are made in the form of truncated cones and arranged in staggered order. At that, angle of girth α solid coating of rubber with studs, measured from valve release edge, is equal to α=105°, with center of radius of curvature R in center of rotation of coil. Diameter of stud base is d=3.0…4.0 mm, studs top base diameter is d1=2.0…3.0 mm, and height of studs height h is more than thickness of sown seeds. Value of width of passage between rows of studs, measured on studs lower bases, is more than width of sown seeds. Value of free gap between top bases of studs and ribs of coil measured along vertical symmetry axis of coil is within the limits of thickness of active layer of seeds. Coating of rubber with studs has flanging located along valve edge directed towards socket. Flanging is directed vertically upwards. Height h1 flanging is more than height of studs h, at that flanging thickness is equal to thickness of solid coating from rubber with pins.
