PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for keeping the cage of a pet or the floor of a toilet clean or reducing the dirt, because the dirt excludes from the surface of the sheet in a pet toilet sheet of the prior art or a general toilet throwaway floor mat.SOLUTION: A double side water-absorbing sheet 5 is constituted of a surface 1 and a rear face 2.
