Disclosed is a topical skin composition, comprising a fermented pollen-based extract comprising one or more peptides, one or more fatty acids, and at least one dicaffeoylquinic acid isomer, together with one or more pharmaceutically or nutraceutically acceptable carriers, diluents and/or excipients. The topical skin formulation is suitable for treating skin conditions selected from the group comprising eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, rosacea, acne, actinic keratosis (AK), moles, age spots, wrinkles, wounds, lacerations, scars, photodamage, herpes, corpus molluscum, and lupus.
