PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walker with seat part, which can be used as a walker for assisting an elderly or person with walking difficulty in moving outside and also can be used as a chair such as a seat with casters locked in resting during moving.SOLUTION: A walker with seat part 1 including plural rotatable double-wheel casters 3 arranged on front/rear right/left of a bottom part of a base part is provided with a horizontal grip part 22 for the walker and a rotatable operation lever 4 in parallel to the grip part 22, arranged on an upper part of the base part. With the operation lever unoperated, all the double-wheel casters are automatically locked. With the operation lever operated, lock is cancelled and the double-wheel casters are movable.
