An endoluminal device (100) for the treatment of heart failure comprises: a central body (20), adapted to permit the passage of interatrial blood at least one anchor (10), attached to the central body (20), adapted to keep the endoluminal device (100) in position within a hole present in the atrial septum of the patients heart at least one control element (30), engaged in a rotating manner on the central body (20). The rotation of the control element (30) in relation to the central body (20) creates a two-way flow of interatrial blood which allows reducing the high pressure in the right side and in the left side of theaheart.Linvention concerne un dispositif endoluminal (100) pour le traitement dinsuffisance cardiaque, qui comprend : un corps central (20) conçu pour permettre le passage de sang interauriculaire au moins un ancrage (10) fixé au corps central (20) et conçu pour maintenir le dispositif endoluminal (100) en position dans un trou présent dans la cloison auriculaire du cœur du patient au moins un élément de commande (30) accouplé en rotation sur le corps central (20). La rotation de lélément de commande (30) par rapport au corps central (20) crée un débit à deux voies de sang interauriculaire qui permet de réduire la haute pression sur le côté droit et le côté gauche du cœur.
