PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical manipulator which is provided with a distal-end moving section having a high degree of freedom, and is not complex in structure.SOLUTION: A medical manipulator 10 includes a distal-end moving section 14 including an end effector 12. The distal-end moving section 14 includes: a rotating sleeve 56 (a distal-end rotator) which can rotate integrally with the end effector 12 about a roll axis, and has a hollow cylindrical portion therein and a distal-end fulcrum block 58 (a rotary support cylinder) which is provided so that its orientation can be changed with respect to the axial direction of a shaft 18, and rotatably supports the rotating sleeve 56 at the inner peripheral portion.
