PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sustained release system of a medicine in which the sustained release of the medicine can be controlled by a complex material of polymers having different decomposition/absorption properties and capable of controlling the medicinal concentration in a living body, in an optimal concentration for an optimal period.SOLUTION: This sustained release system of the medicine is provided by having &ge2 kinds of medicine carriers, forming the medicine carriers by decomposable/absorbable polymers having different decomposition/absorption rates and enabling the control of the stable sustained release rate of the medicine per unit time.
