A ternary complex comprising component A, B, C is provided, wherein the component A is a carrier with positive charge, the component B is a nucleic acid with negative charge, and the component C is a copolymer with negative charge. Liquid containing the ternary complex and preparing method thereof are also provided. The ternary complex and the liquid containing the ternary complex can improve the transfection efficiency and decrease the toxicity simultaneously, therefore can be used in cell transfection, prophylaxis or diagnosis of disease, and gene therapy.Cette invention concerne un complexe ternaire comprenant les constituants A, B, C, le constituant A étant un véhicule à charge positive, le constituant B étant un acide nucléique à charge négative et le constituant C étant un copolymère à charge négative.
