Phenol compound and combination of same with a benzodiazepine fused to 1,4-dihydropyridine for treating diseases of the central nervous and vascular systems
The present invention relates to chemistry, pharmaceutics, and in particular to the production of formulations from derivatives of phenol compounds or polyphenol compounds and from derivatives of phenol compounds or polyphenol compounds combined with tricyclic systems of the type having benzodiazepines fused to derivatives of 1,4-dihydropyridines with action on the central nervous and vascular systems. These pharmaceutical compositions exhibit action that modulates the calcium channels and is GABAergic, antiglutamatergic, mitoprotective, antioxidant, antiinflammatory and antiapoptotic, said compositions being able to be used in the treatment of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, neurodegenerative, neuropsychiatric and neurological disorders.
